"Stamina drains slower as you gain Athletics skill. Increase this skill by running and punching."
Athletics is one of the Skills in 7 Days to Die. A survivor can increase his Athletics level by running, punching objects and spending skill points.
Effects[edit | edit source]
The effects of the Athletics skill are a slower drain of Stamina and an increase in the duration the survivor can hold his breath. The strength of these effects per level can be found in the tables underneath.
