Some items' or groups' chance to drop changes according to the player's gamestage. Here you can see those values for any gamestage you want using the little box below. "Stamina drains slower as you gain Athletics skill. Increase this skill by running and punching."

Athletics is one of the Skills in 7 Days to Die. A survivor can increase his Athletics level by running, punching objects and spending skill points.

Effects[edit | edit source]

The effects of the Athletics skill are a slower drain of Stamina and an increase in the duration the survivor can hold his breath. The strength of these effects per level can be found in the tables underneath.
