Overview[ | ]
The Blunderbuss is a single shot firearm that can be crafted from simple materials in 7 Days to Die. It is a simple weapon and easy to create relatively early in the game. This weapon requires Blunderbuss Ammo and will hold one shot. It will reload automatically if the player is carrying the correct Ammunition or it can be done manually at any time using the reload key (default key R ).
Combat[ | ]
During close combat, the Blunderbuss is extremely powerful and deals a high amount of damage to enemies. It has a slight spread of the shot which allows the Weapon to hit multiple targets at once when used at a short range. Because of the longer barrel and therefore smaller shot spread it will still work well on medium range targets.
