Cell Towers are small buildings with tower(s) surrounded by metal fences. The small building in a Cell Tower is mostly empty and only contains a Desk and a Wall safe. The blocks under the tower can be harvested with a Wrench for Electronic Components , Electrical Parts, Scrap Iron and Mechanical Parts. Cell towers can make good day 1 bases, due to having a solid fence, concrete building, and a watchtower all prebuilt.
