Charismatic Nature is a Influence Perk in the Intellect Attribute.

| 1 | Inspirational | People get inspired when you are near them. Nearby Allies gain 20 health and stamina when near you. | 1 | 1 PT |
| 2 | Team Leader | You are a team leader and inspire those around you. Block and Melee Damage are increased by 20% for nearby allies. | 3 | 1 PT |
| 3 | Motivational Speaker | You are a strong motivational force. Nearby allies take 10% less damage from all sources, take half damage from bleeding and stop bleeding twice as fast. | 5 | 1 PT |
| 4 | Squad Leader | Your leadership abilities are top shelf. Allies are so enamored with you they get +1 to all attributes when near you. | 7 | 1 PT |

- It is important to note that this perk only applies to allies, and therefore it will not benefit people who are not your ally and even more importantly, will not apply to yourself, making it useless in solo play.
- Multiple instances of this perk do not stack, but will allow for more coverage to other allies who are also using this perk since it does not self-apply.
