A Chicken is one of several wild animals in 7 Days to Die. They were added in A13.
Once killed, a chicken may drop Raw Meat and Feathers. The chicken is a good way to enhance the skills in shooting any of the weapons. The chicken is very complex. For if you are chasing and shooting it will stop and peck the ground if it feels the need to. Making you shoot ahead or run over it. Then it may take off in the opposite direction. Best weapon is a pistol. If you are a good crackshot with the Hunting Rifle it should only be 1 shot.
