Some items' or groups' chance to drop changes according to the player's gamestage. Here you can see those values for any gamestage you want using the little box below. Just type the gamestage you want in the box and press the Apply!-button. The values should change immediately, if the chance is different.

CritGunAK47 is a buff that has a chance of being assigned when a target is shot with an AK-47. If the critical hit is successful, the target will immediately lose 150 health points. Currently there is a 10% chance of the buff being applied, this chance may be modified by the quality of the weapon or the players skills and attributes.
