Electrician is a crafting skill that dictates what tools the player can craft. The skill can be leveled by reading Wiring 101 magazines. Each magazine increases the Electrician skill by 1, up to a max of 100. The chance of finding these magazines can be increased by leveling the Advanced Engineering Perk.
