Fatigue is a negative Status Effect. When hit by a zombie or animal, occasionally the player will experience Fatigue and will take 10% more damage from all enemies. Vultures and zombie animals have a high chance of inflicting fatigue, regardless of armor or game stage.
This debuff is common early in-game but as the players character becomes stronger it will usually occur with stronger zombies like Feral and Radiated type and less so with the weaker variants.
The Healing Factor perk decreases the likelihood of a hit from any source causing this status effect, and decreases the time to recover without medication.
