Food Poisoning is an effect that gives a negative buff that is gained through eating raw meat, Moldy Bread, Eggs and Old Sham Sandwiches. It will decrease your Stamina at a rate of 10 points every second for a duration of 30 seconds.

Edit: Tested with old Sham Sandwich, and the debuff no longer drains health when you get it (at least not with Old Sham Sandwiches).
