Overview

A Gas Can is a craftable item that can be found in various locations around the map in 7 Days to Die. They are often found within industrial areas and inside vehicles and can be looted from gas pumps at a Gas Station. The Gas Can is also the source of fuel needed for motorized tools.

• Gas is now counted in smaller numbers. 1 Gas Can in Alpha 12 = 100 Gas Cans in Alpha 13. This was done because of the new harvesting system.
• The harvesting system allows you to harvest gas cans from Cars in the world using the Wrench (left click on the car).
• Also Oil Shale was added to Desert Biomes when you dig down which can be crafted into Gas Cans.
• The gas pumps at the Gas Station now re spawn loot as well instead of being a one time loot. Unless you have the no loot re spawn setting on.
