Description

The Gyrocopter is a type of vehicle in 7 Days to Die. The radial menu may be accessed by holding <E> over the vehicle.

The Gyrocopter itself is unlocked by default but you have to either get the schematics for the Gyrocopter Chassis and Gyrocopter Accessories or get to Level 5 in Grease Monkey.

Crafting

The Gyrocopter is crafted in the Workbench using 3 Wheels, a Gyrocopter Chassis, Gyrocopter Accessories, an Engine and a Lead Car Battery.

Refuel and repair

The following items are needed to fuel and repair the Gyrocopter:

• Gas Can
• Repair Kit

Operation / Controls

A - Yaw (rotation) left (or banked turn left if in banked turn mode)

D - Yaw (rotation) right (or banked turn right if in banked turn mode)

W - Throttle (move forward)

S - Brake (stop) / Reverse

C - Pitch nose down

SPACEBAR - Pitch nose up

E - Mount/Dismount.

Hold E to bring up the radial menu. Radial menu actions include: Drive, Access info panel, Access storage, Refuel, Repair, Honk horn, Lock/Unlock, Set Pincode and the option 'Take' which puts vehicle back in inventory.

X - Honk horn

Left Mouse Button - Toggle between Yaw versus Banked Turn modes

Shift - Turbo

Alpha 18	Increased speed of Gyrocopter and decreased fuel usage. Gyrocopter blades can now be seen moving when looking at other player vehicles.
