Player statistics

Hydration is one of the four main player statistics. Your Hydration level falls as you move around the world of Navezgane, and will lower over time. If your Hydration level becomes empty you will begin to take damage every few seconds. Unless you refill your Hydration level this will kill you over time causing you to respawn and drop all items on your hotbar.

Hydration is directly tied to your Stamina which can not get higher then your current Hydration level.

Certain items can reduce your Hydration level while some can inrcease it, in the game this expressed as a Hydration value.

• The following items have a positive Hydration value and will replenish your Hydration meter:
  • Blueberries
  • Bottled Murky Water
  • Coffee
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Can of Miso
  • Can of Pears
  • Can of Peas
  • Can of Soup
  • Can of Stock
  • Golden Rod Tea
  • Jar of Honey
  • Rabbit Stew
  • Venison Stew
  • Yucca Fruit
  • Yucca Juice

• The following items have a negative Hydration value and will deplete your Hydration meter:
  • Boiled Rabbit
  • Boiled Venison
  • Can of Cat Food
  • Can of Chili
  • Can of Dog Food
  • Can of Ham
  • Can of Salmon
  • Can of Tuna
  • Charred Rabbit
  • Charred Venison
  • Corn Meal
  • Egg
  • Grilled Rabbit
  • Grilled Venison
  • Large Beef Ration
  • Lamb Ration
  • Painkillers
  • Rabbit Kabob
  • Skinned Rabbit
  • Slab of Pork
  • Venison
