Description[ | ]
Lead is a resource that is mainly used to be smelted in a Forge to craft items. Lead can be scavenged from various locations in 7 Days to Die, by Scrapping lead based items found while Looting, or it can also be obtained through Mining. Mining can be the best way to gather Lead by finding Iron Ore underground or protruding Surface Nodes of Iron Ore.
Crafting[ | ]
Lead can be extracted from a Forge prior to moving the forge at no loss of materials.

Obtaining[ | ]
Lead can be obtained through Mining, Scrapping and Looting.
Scrappable Items: Lead Car Battery, Lead Fishing Weight and Lead Trophy.
Note that it is more effecient to smelt these items in a Forge than to scrap them.
Recipes
The following recipes require Lead: (NOTE: Times are based on a level 1 skill and the material that an object is crafted from, which is only reliable for food at the moment, so is rather difficult to calculate, this table is auto-generated):

History[ | ]
Some time before Alpha 17.2 It was possible to scrap Lead itself back into Lead but obviously this is pointless.
