As of Alpha 10.4 build 10, Metal Reinforced Cobblestone is no longer available via the Creative Menu.
Metal Reinforced Cobblestone was a the upgraded version of Reinforced Cobblestone. It can not be crafted using other materials, the only ways to obtain Metal Reinforced Cobblestone are through upgrading Reinforced Cobblestone or using the Creative Menu. It was not possible to dismantle, scrap or use Metal Reinforced Cobblestone as fuel. You can not destroy Metal Reinforced Cobblestone, as such because it will simply downgrade at what would be its point of destruction.
