- Harvesting tools deal 30/60/90/120/150 % more damage to blocks and 10/20/30/40/50 % more damage to entities
- Attacks with harvesting tools cost 8/15/20/25/25 % less stamina
- Power attacks with harvesting tools cost 15/30/40/50/50 % less stamina
- The following items are 3/5/7/9/11x more likely to appear in item containers, trader inventories and as quest rewards:
- Harvesting tools, Steel Tool Parts and Motor Tool Parts
- "Tools Digest" Crafting Skill Magazine
- "The Art of Mining" Perk Book
