Description

An Old Sham Sandwich is an edible Food item which can be scavenged from various loot containers around Navezgane or a Random World Generation map. Eating an Old Sham Sandwich will have a positive effect on the players characters Fullness, but has a 12% chance to give the negative buff Dysentery.

Old Sham Sandwiches are an important crafting ingredient. It is the hardest ingredient to acquire for crafting Antibiotics, a powerful medicine for curing Infection.

Old Sham Sandwiches can be found in a few containers that commonly have food such as Refrigerators, Microwaves, and kitchen cupboards.
