Summary[ | ]
A Pig is one of several wild animals in 7 Days to Die.
Pigs seem to have an extreme resistance to damage. It will take several shots from a shotgun to bring one down. If using a wooden bow it will require at least three hits with a Stone Arrow. The pig should then run, bleed out, and die. The amount of punishment the pig can take could be attributed to the amount of fat on a pig, which acts as a natural armor. As of Alpha 13, pigs' health has been decreased, making them easier to kill.
If killed, pigs will drop several pieces of Raw Meat, Animal Hides, Large Bones and Animal Fat when skinned with a Bone Shiv or Hunting Knife. Its body will decompose into a mesh of guts and gore after some time, which can attract Screamers if it's not cleaned up.

Pigs have been observed wandering around the Forest and Burnt Forest biomes. They have also ventured towards the highrise area, located in the middle of a large city.

- The Pig is still in the XML files for the game, just commented out. It cannot be re-added by removing the comment marking, likely due to the model being entirely deleted from the game.
