Like other zombies with shambling head movement, the Plagued Nurse is slightly harder to be hit with headshots during the day.
If you need looting priority before dead zombies decay, it's a good idea to loot these zombies first, as their drops can provide medical supplies in a hurry. Beakers can also drop from them, if you haven't found them in stashes yet.
