Some items' or groups' chance to drop changes according to the player's gamestage. Here you can see those values for any gamestage you want using the little box below. Just type the gamestage you want in the box and press the Apply!-button. The values should change immediately, if the chance is different.

Description[edit | edit source]

Range refers to the distance from the character to a target that a weapon can be used. The distance in 7 Days to Die is measured in Blocks.

Weapon and Tool Range[edit | edit source]

  • Max Range refers to the maximum range of a melee or ranged weapon. This does not apply to thrown weapons.
  • Effective Range refers to the maximum range of a ranged weapon within which full damage will be applied to the target. At distances beyond the Effective Range, there is a drop-off of damage.
  • Block Range refers to the maximum range of a melee weapon when being used to attack a Block.
  • Repair Range refers to the maximum range (or reach) of a repair tool when used for Repairing or Upgrading.
