Crafting[ | ]
Reinforced Concrete Blocks can be created by upgrading a Concrete Block, this process is a little different then others. When the Concrete Block is upgraded it first goes through a Poured Concrete Block phase that then automaticly upgrades to Reinforced Concrete Blocks in a number of game hours.
