The Shotgun Auto Turret senses targets in its view and fires shotgun shells at them.

Usage[edit | edit source]
Like the Auto Turret, the Shotgun Auto Turret will automatically target any player or Zed in its view, depending on how the player sets the target preference. The Shotgun Auto Turret can be set to target Self, Allies, Strangers, Enemies, or any combination of the four. Its line of vision can be adjusted by hitting the interact button. Once you are in the turrets interface you can click on the preview in the bottom left to manually aim the turret.. While changing the line of view, the display becomes a grainy black and white, with a blue cone in the center of vision demonstrating the extent of the turret's aggro range. So long as a recognized target falls within that range, the turret will aim and shoot until the target is dead or the turret is out of ammunition.
When filling the turret with ammunition, the player can add up to 150 rounds of Shotgun Ammo into any of the three ammunition slots, allowing for a total of 450 rounds to be loaded into the turret. The player must "Lock" the ammunition into place, or the turret won't fire. When locked, ammunition cannot be added to or removed from the turret.
