Skull Crusher is a Combat Perk in the Strength Attribute. Sledgehammers provide the most damage per hit but are consume loads of stamina in the process. Perks and mods providing stamina regen or reducing stamina usage are useful with Skull Crusher.

- Sledgehammers deal 10/20/30/40/50 % more damage to entities and 20/40/60/80/100 % more damage to blocks
- Attacks with sledgehammers cost 8/15/20/25/25 % less stamina
- Power attacks with sledgehammers cost 15/30/40/50/50 % less stamina
- Power attacks with sledgehammers have a 15/30/45/60/75 % chance to knockdown enemies for 4/4/6/6/6 seconds
- Killing blows with sledgehammers restore -/-/10/20/30 points of stamina
- Power attacks with sledgehammers have a -/-/15/30/45 % chance to knockdown all enemies in a -/-/1.3/1.3/1.4 meter radius for 4 seconds
