The Steel Boots is an item of Clothing which can be crafted by the player and worn by their character as Armor to help protect them from physical damage.

Armor Set

  • The Steel Armor Set includes the Helmet, Chest, Gloves, Legs, and Boots.
  • There is no advantage to collecting and using a complete Armor Set.

The recipe listed above is for crafting a quality 1 Steel Boots. With each level of the Heavy Armor perk, the player is able to craft a higher quality Steel Boots, which requires more materials, up to quality 5. Every increasing tier uses 50% more materials.

Repair[]

When its Durability reaches zero, the Steel Boots ceases providing any protection until repaired. Repairing the Steel Boots requires 1 Repair Kit. Repairing restores its Durability back to Max Durability.
