Does need to be plural. It is not a frame it is a group of frames.
Okay - if we want to have it listed as a category, pluralization is fine. However, the page should be edited to be grammatically correct. In fact, it'll need an entire overhaul if we want to represent Scrap Frames as a group, which I agree is a good idea.
