Welcome to the Wiki[edit source]

Hi there, thanks for the message, as I'm sure you've seen our curse team leader Game widow has already replied.

Unfortunately as all it takes is a simple reboot of a home user's router to break the connection and reconnect this will give them a brand new IP address, meaning that if we do indeed block the IP address they can still continue inserting nonsensical content. On the basis that it may help though, I will look into the edit/s that were done by the IP address you sent me.

As Game widow also mentioned we are very watchful of this wiki. Many of us have been here for a long time and we have seen the huge potential this game has. For that very reason and that we all enjoy it so much, we as the wiki admins, do everything we can to keep the content on this wiki how it should be. That is, relevant, informative, useful and up-to-date.

Of course this is a huge task for just a small group of us, this is why we always appreciate the contributions of the users of the wiki to help maintain the integrity of the wiki's content.

As far as settings go the best bet is to play more of less how the developers default the settings for a game. I have recently found that it is easy to mistake information on the wiki when you, yourself are to blame for playing on different settings! That was my bad of course, thankfully, I hadn't edited anything.

Lastly, welcome to the 7 Days to Die wiki! We look forwarding to your contributions on this amazing game! Thunder Sniper (talk) 19:22, 1 January 2015 (UTC)

P.S. When you are editing a talk page (not an item page or something) always sign your name by writing ~~~~.

Thank you very much for the reply, I Will be happy to contribute to this wiki, If you should notice I'm doing something wrong, just let me know. (I never really worked with wiki's before).

Happy new year LCPLPunishment (talk) 20:03, 1 January 2015 (UTC)
