Overview[ | ]

As of Alpha 13, Wood is the new unified resource replacing wood logs, wood planks and sticks. While it is not possible to scrap or melt a piece of Wood it can be used as a source of Combustible fuel.

How to Obtain[ | ]

You can obtain Wood by hitting a Tree with fists or an appropriate tool.
Felling a Tree will yield a bonus amount of Wood depending on the type and size of the tree. All Trees, regardless of the type, will drop Wood. In addition, pine and maple Trees have a chance to drop Seeds as well.
It can also be scavanged in small quantities from various containers.
Azalea bushes can now be harvested like flowers for 1 wood on pickup, and punched/mined for 1 wood as well.

Uses[ | ]

You can use Wood in the following ways

  • As a source of Combustible fuel. It will burn for 10 seconds.
  • To craft all items requiring the new wood resource.
